Raw apple and cranberry porridge

Recipe:

1. Wash and chop the apple.
2. Measure the chopped apple, frozen cranberries, banana, apple juice, sugar and quark into a deep bowl. 
3. Process with a handheld blender or food processor. 
4. Add the Nordic Instant Oatflakes and chia seeds and mix well.
5. Let the porridge sit overnight in the refrigerator.

40 gNordic Instant Oatflakes
1 ½ tspChia seeds
