Carrot cake porridge

Recipe:

1. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot.
2. Add the water, carrot juice, grated carrot and spices to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the oats. Let simmer while covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the fresh cheese and crushed peanuts. Season with salt and maple syrup, cook for a few more minutes.
5. Set aside, cover and allow to sit for a few minutes.
6. Serve with accompaniments.

Ingredients:

1Small carrot
350 gWater
100 gCarrot juice
½ tspCinnamon
pinch of ground ginger
70 gNordic Porridge Oats
50 gFresh cheese
1 tbspCrushed hazelnuts
About ½ tsp salt
1-2 tspMaple syrup

You will also need:

Fried carrot strips, fresh cheese and crushed peanuts
