1. Roast the oat flakes for 2-3 minutes in a hot low saucepan before adding the liquid.
2. Add the oat milk.
3. Let boil for 1 minute.
4. Cover and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt.
6. Serve the porridge with your favourite accompaniments.
